Refund Policy

1. Return period

You may return Hardero within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price. This right applies regardless of reason, in accordance with our voluntary returns policy. For customers located in the EU or UK, this also aligns with the statutory 14-day withdrawal right under Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery
  • The product must be in its original, sealed, undamaged packaging
  • Opened products are not eligible for return unless the product is defective or not as described
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

3. Non-returnable items

  • Opened supplement bottles (unless defective)
  • Items damaged through misuse or failure to follow usage instructions

4. How to initiate a return

To initiate a return, contact us within the 14-day window:

Please include your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions within 2 business days.

5. Refund process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. For COD (cash on delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the account you provide. We will confirm refund processing by email.

Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective.

6. Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or not as described, contact us immediately at info@renewantiluminou.world with photos and your order number. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Schedule 2). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights.
